Join our Team!

MIT Driverless is looking for talented and passionate engineers to be a part of a team dedicated to making an autonomous Formal style race car capable of highspeed navigation of an unknown track. We have the privilege of working with TU Delft in the Netherlands who builds the race car our autonomous software powers and together we are a world class competitor. Events are held in Germany and Italy and we send as many people as we can to experience them.

Technical capabilities are excellent but we also want people who are fun to be around. Our team spends a lot of time together, discussing code over lunch, working on problem sets, and just hanging out playing board games. We’re here to learn and support each other, to build friendships that last beyond our time at MIT.

Our teammates go on to companies like Uber, Waymo, Aptiv, Tesla, and Boston Dynamics. Along with our additional sponsors Waymo, Arrow, Magna, the ecosystem we live in is inspirational and shows a clear path to being a successful engineer in the autonomous vehicle space.
